We have recently renovated an old house in Kemaliye - just outside Dalyan.  It is a charming house in rural surrounds.  It has a good deal of character with an ensuite bedroom upstairs accessed by an outside staircase with its own private sunbathing terrace.  Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, another bathroom and living room which runs out on to a large terrace through the French windows.

We've included every kind of convenience for a relaxed stay - a very private pool surrounded by lemon orchards, daily maid, air conditioning in every room, beach towels, a well equiped kitchen, T.V. DVD, washing machine, barbeque and open fire.
